A Cisco Network Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing and deploying robust communication systems for high-volume call centers.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing efficient call flow designs, routing scripts, and IVR self-service solutions that drive business results and customer satisfaction. This involves working with Cisco UCCE and CUCM-based contact center solutions to develop innovative IVR experiences using Nuance TTS/STT functionality.

  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE and CUCM-based contact center solutions to meet the needs of diverse customers.
  • Develop and test IVR self-service scripts using Cisco and third-party platforms to enhance user experiences.
  • Integrate and configure Nuance TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) functionality for cutting-edge IVR experiences.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Cube, VoIP gateways, SIP, and ISDN trunks, and dial-peers to ensure seamless communication systems.
