  • Chief Salesforce Architect

About the Role:

As a seasoned Salesforce expert, you will lead our Salesforce solutioning efforts, architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors. You will ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation
  • Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
