- Ask basic questions to shortlist 2-3 matching experiences.">
- Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links, and gentle reminders.">
- Keep stages updated and ensure every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.">
- Share confirmations, answer FAQs, and collect feedback/testimonials after bookings.">

Requirements
