
Front Office Coordinator

As a skilled and organized Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Manage the reception area efficiently, handle phone calls and direct inquiries accordingly.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and document tasks with precision.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs effectively.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
- Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements accurately.
