Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise daily front desk activities, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient check-ins/check-outs, billing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, identify and rectify errors in real-time, and implement continuous review and improvement processes.
  • Fulfill Duties as Needed: Cover absence or peak workload periods, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Monitor Guest Services: Identify critical guests, meet/greet VIP arrivals, and provide excellent verbal/written communication for short-term/long-term stays.
  • Develop Key Skills: Cultivate thorough organization and supervisory skills, working effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Hotel Management is preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels
