Administrative Support Position

The role of an Administrative Support professional is to provide organizational and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of a business or organization.

This includes managing front office operations, receiving and transferring calls, maintaining day-to-day administrative tasks, and preparing data related to HR/Admin.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, arranging tea/coffee and drinking water as needed.
  • Maintain stock levels in the pantry, manage crockery items, and check monthly invoices for tea supplies.
  • Maintain courier entries, distribute packages to the correct person, and resolve any issues related to courier services.
  • Maintain library registers, issue books, send reminders after due dates, and encourage employees to read books.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in an admin, receptionist, or similar position. You must be proficient in English communication (speaking and writing) and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Courtesy and Pantry Management: Welcome guests and visitors, arrange refreshments, and maintain stock levels in the pantry.
  • Courier Services: Maintain courier entries, distribute packages, and resolve issues related to courier services.
  • Library Operations: Maintain library registers, issue books, send reminders, and promote a reading culture among employees.
  • General Administration: Manage internal and external calls, perform day-to-day administrative tasks, and prepare data for HR/Admin purposes.
