The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operational Excellence Lead to join our Direct Banking team in Bangalore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our lending business, ensuring seamless customer experiences and delivering world-class software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics and process expertise to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Team Leaders and operational staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, functional leaders, and operational staff.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and implementation of process improvements.
