Job Description:

The IAM Data Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services.

This includes overseeing user data refreshes to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls.

Data extraction, sourcing, conversion, and uploading of user lists to Onecert are also key responsibilities.

Reports are generated and defined escalation processes followed to source user lists.

Business requests for user lists and SAM documents are fulfilled efficiently.

Catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes are implemented in Onecert.

Collaboration with external teams is required for user list sourcing and application improvements.

Risks pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank are highlighted and mitigated regularly.

IAM leaders are supported to maintain and enhance IAM processes.

Responsibilities Summary:

  • Risk identification, mitigation, and resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential for this role.

Sailpoint certifications are highly valued.

Excel VBA and Macros certifications are also beneficial.

Proficiency in English language is a must.
