Job Title: Freelance Access Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Access Control Specialist to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing fine-grained access control policies to safeguard sensitive business and customer data across multiple platforms.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure authorization policies to enforce fine-grained data access controls.
  • Integrate access control solutions with CRM platforms, cloud data warehouses, APIs, reporting tools, and AI/ML models.
  • Support the rollout of region- and country-specific access rules, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with authorization platforms (e.g., policy-based access control solutions).
  • Strong background in data governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations (APIs, applications, notification systems, and reporting pipelines).
