About the Role

This is a high-visibility opportunity to define and scale practices, work with senior stakeholders, and influence data culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer Collibra across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate Collibra with various platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Act as the SME and evangelist, promoting adoption and governance maturity across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience, including platform configuration, workflow design, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise with APIs, BPMN, and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
