Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer with a background in the real estate industry to execute various tasks.

Responsibilities include carrying out detailed analysis of business requirements, developing effective solutions on Salesforce.com, maintaining and configuring CRM platforms, managing deadlines, producing technical documentation, and ensuring best data solutions are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough business requirement analysis through stakeholders and design impactful solutions using Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain and configure all CRM platforms, manage project timelines, and produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Provide optimal data solutions and adhere to best practices by collaborating closely with other teams for data reviews.
  • Own release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code aligned with project timelines.
  • Share expertise on Salesforce products and develop the Salesforce platform as needed.
  • Offer regular training on the CRM platform to all stakeholders within the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with proficiency in writing, interpreting, and critiquing technical specifications.
  • Maintain application software security and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in IT or Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Well-experienced in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex
  • Experience with cloud-based and other Salesforce.com standard features
  • 4-5 years Salesforce product knowledge
  • Proficient in designing and implementing APIs and web-based interfaces using Apex code, Web Services, etc.
  • Implementation experience on LWC and Experience Cloud is mandatory

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce development, particularly with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations, along with a deep understanding of real estate processes such as property management, leasing, and CRM customization.
