Are you a skilled Salesforce professional with expertise in Loan Origination Systems? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will lead and execute end-to-end business analysis activities for Salesforce implementations, covering the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Mandatory experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) is required to deeply understand and translate specific business needs within the lending domain into Salesforce capabilities.
- Strong experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven capability as an end-to-end Business Analyst.
- LOS (Loan Origination System) experience is mandatory.
- Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
