Location: Powai, Mumbai (Nearest Metro: Saki Naka)

Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift: 09.30PM – 06.00 am | Working Days: Monday – Friday

Our Mumbai team plays a critical role in supporting North American operations while driving impactful digital growth strategies.We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 3+ years experience in developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs.

  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and propose solutions based on Salesforce capabilities.

-Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

-Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.

-Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce environments.

-Build and customize objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components to support HVAC sales cycles, service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules

-Support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize HVAC technician scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
