We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration, along with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for end-to-end testing and production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • [35] years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC & Aura).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes).
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD tools.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Lightning customization.
  • Exposure to DevOps for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, Flosum).
  • Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
