About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in SOQL, production support, and development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Salesforce Development and Administration, with proven ability to manage a team and drive Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Write efficient and optimized SOQL queries for complex business requirements.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, including ticket handling, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Perform backend query handling, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce environments, including deployments and upgrades.
  • Drive adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.
  • Work across development and administration tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with 4+ years hands-on SOQL expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Proven experience in debugging, query optimization, and backend issue resolution.
  • Experience in both Salesforce Development and Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with production support and ticket handling.
  • Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers/admins.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
