Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementation Professional to join our Retail Asset team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state processes aligned with our overall transformation strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand current state processes and design future state processes in alignment with the overall transformation strategy.
  • Participate in discussions with Technology teams and Implementation partners related to SFDC architecture.
  • Use prior SFDC implementation experience across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Marketing cloud to manage the implementation of SFDC across RA products.
  • Liaise with developers to ensure solution design and implementation are in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure project work is executed and implemented according to plan and agreed project management standards.
  • Participate in regular project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure defined governance is followed and status is reported to all senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce implementation across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Marketing cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
