Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the implementation of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills and be able to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, track issues, and escalate risks as necessary.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive user adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project reports.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in project management (Salesforce/CRM preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project tools such as Jira or MS Project.
- Experience in cross-functional/global team coordination is essential.
- Salesforce or PMP certification is a plus.
