Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Transform business operations by delivering innovative CRM solutions as a skilled Salesforce specialist with expertise in Service Cloud.

We are seeking a talented professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of Salesforce implementations, optimize service operations, and build scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Develop and manage Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, and Validation Rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to align with best practices and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and provide timely estimates.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure data security, scalability, and system performance through effective configuration and coding practices.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred. Additional certifications in Service Cloud are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
