Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce CRM Specialist located in New Delhi. The Salesforce CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, and customizing the platform to meet business needs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing CRM data, generating reports, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM strategies. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to optimize CRM processes and provide solutions that drive business growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled 
Salesforce Engineer

with proven hands-on expertise in 
Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)

and Salesforce core development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce). The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation, lead management, and customer engagement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using 
  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
  , Flows, and Process Builder.
• Configure and optimize 
  Pardot
   automation including:
• Engagement Studio programs
• Automation & segmentation rules
• Dynamic content and lead scoring/grading
• Forms, form handlers, and landing pages
• Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM for seamless lead and campaign management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement 
  campaigns, drip sequences, and personalized journeys
  .
• Perform 
  data migration, cleansing, and deduplication
   between Pardot and Salesforce.
• Build custom reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party tools.
• Follow best practices in 
  code quality, security, and deployment
   (change sets, Git, CI/CD).
• Stay updated on 
  Salesforce and Pardot releases
   to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years
   Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
• 2+ years
   hands-on Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
• Experience with 
  Engagement Studio, Connected Campaigns, Lead Scoring/Grading
  .
• Strong understanding of 
  Sales Cloud
   and 
  Service Cloud
  .
• Knowledge of 
  Salesforce security model
  , object relationships, and data architecture.
• Experience with 
  API integrations
   (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with 
  deployment tools
   (VS Code, Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have

• Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for email and landing page customization.
