We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to help build and customize Salesforce solutions for our Wealth Management technology platforms. You'll work across backend and frontend within Salesforce, collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and mobile-ready solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on a modern Salesforce stack while deepening your expertise in the wealth management domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance, reusable components using LWC and Apex
  • Customize and enhance Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and manage repos with Git/BitBucket
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, support UAT, and production deployments
  • Document configurations, flows, and integration logic
  • Follow Salesforce coding best practices with test-covered deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development (LWC + Apex focus)
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data, and security model
  • Experience in API integrations (JSON/XML payloads)
  • Familiarity with Jenkins deployments & Git-based version control
  • Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) preferred
  • Bonus: experience with wealth tech platforms like Wealth Spectrum, Valuefy, Intellect AI
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I) preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (mandatory)
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
