Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Salesforce Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will work with our Salesforce team to develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Work on configuration tasks such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase
  • Support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Maintain proper documentation of solutions and configurations
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, etc.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to REST/SOAP API integrations with Salesforce
  • Experience with version control tools like Git
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
