
Enterprise Demand Generation Strategist

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation expert to spearhead our multi-channel demand engine. As a key driver of pipeline creation, customer acquisition, product adoption, and expansion, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results in the Life Sciences compliance industry.
\Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the end-to-end demand generation pipeline, encompassing strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Development of a scalable demand generation engine spanning inbound and outbound tactics, product-led growth, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions.
- Tracking and optimization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), funnel velocity, and Return on Investment (ROI) using real-time dashboards and analytics platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) in regulated industries, including Life Sciences, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including its various tools and features.
- Minimum 5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and exceeding KPI-based goals.
- Adept at both strategic leadership and tactical execution, with expertise in generative AI tools for marketing contexts.
- Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
