Title: Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement full-funnel marketing strategies that build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, content syndication, email, social, webinars, and virtual/in-person events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Marketing to drive alignment on GTM goals, campaign messaging, and funnel acceleration tactics.
  • Evaluate performance and ROI of campaigns through A/B testing, attribution models, and other metrics to optimize programs in real time.
  • Nurture marketing database to increase campaign reach and improve segmentation.

Account-Based Marketing Leadership

  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts in collaboration with Sales and Solution Engineering teams.
  • Leverage firmographic and technographic data for targeting and messaging.
  • Track and report on ABM performance using tools like HubSpot.
  • Enable Sales teams with ABM toolkits, including account playbooks and messaging templates.

Measurement, Analytics & Optimization

  • Define KPIs for demand generation and ABM, including MQLs and SQLs by channel and segment, and campaign-level ROI and CAC.
  • Apply insights to scale high-performing programs and pivot away from underperforming tactics based on data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Evaluate and onboard agency and vendor partners to scale execution capacity across regions and verticals.
  • Establish operating rhythms with Sales, Practice leaders, and Marketing to align GTM motions and pipeline goals.
