Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven professional with 3-7 years of work experience to drive growth and execute demand generation strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Oversee Aereo's Webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Lead the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.
