Job Title: Marketing Retention For Manager Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Retention Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing nurturing campaigns for new and existing users through CRM channels.

  1. Set up and optimize nurturing campaigns for new and existing users through CRM channels like in-app merchandising, push notifications, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and website.
  2. Build, execute, and optimize user journeys for user-driven actions and user profiles.
  3. Coordinate with the creative and marketing team to build assets and content for lead nurturing across different channels.
  4. Implement in-app campaigns and share insights and data for improving those campaigns on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in lead nurturing campaigns through CRM tools preferably Clevertap.
  • Experience in understanding user journeys with an aim of nurturing at different conversion funnel stages.
  • In-depth understanding of using new and existing features on Clevertap.
  • A go-getter attitude to own leveraging content for the program across channels.
  • Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time-sensitive business initiatives.
  • Market intelligence around best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
