Strategic Engagement & Retention Marketing Lead

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to drive user engagement and retention across our founder ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute sustained user engagement strategies, nurturing meaningful interactions and building long-term loyalty.
  • Design retention marketing campaigns, including personalized communication, lifecycle journeys, and targeted re-engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to create value-driven interactions, enhancing user stickiness.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to understand different founder personas and tailor engagement accordingly.
  • Track and analyze user engagement metrics (activity levels, churn patterns, reactivation rates) and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Organize community-led initiatives that strengthen belonging among founders.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, user journeys, and CRM automation tools.
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and community narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking engagement KPIs and drawing actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
