About the Role

  • Drive customer success and program delivery for Zeta Services Inc.
  • Engage with senior leaders to identify program purpose and objectives, and lead requirement analysis and business case preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Own program management, planning, leadership buy-in, prioritization, and program delivery management, working closely with Client and Zeta leadership to ensure OKRs are met.
  • Lead program governance, communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, including executive management and board members.
  • Make informed decisions to meet program goals, understanding trade-offs of schedule, scope, and quality.
  • Lead risk and issue mitigation, escalating as necessary to maintain program velocity.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout program execution, measuring program performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and coach a mid-sized team of program managers, analysts, and project managers.
  • Establish benchmarks and track metrics to demonstrate success in program and project completion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in managing and/or building Banking/Payments products, encompassing 2+ roles across Consulting, Program Management, and Software Development Delivery.
  • Enterprise product implementation experience, with a focus on solutioning, engineering delivery management, and pre-sales engagement.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in an OKR and SLA environment, with a focus on metrics-driven results.
  • Ability to adapt and work well with people and teams, with experience in getting outcomes from teams not directly reporting to you.
  • Experience managing large IT/Software programs, both individually and with small-mid size teams, preferably in Banking or Fintech.
  • Client and vendor management experience, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and management.
  • PMP or SAFE certification in Agile delivery.
