Program Manager, Product & Technology Solution Delivery

Are you passionate about working in a dynamic team that's ready to innovate? ShareFile, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, is seeking a Program Manager to join our Solution Delivery team. As a Program Manager, you will leverage your understanding of project and program management and modern software product development processes to shape how ShareFile works, learns, and innovates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful delivery of software solutions and continuously improve our processes to optimize for the fast and effective delivery of customer value.
  • Support your domain by partnering with engineering and product to define strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, coordinating processes and dependencies effectively, and ensuring programs meet strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and dependencies, and monitor and ensure the successful execution of projects and groups of projects.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track and communicate program progress and status to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and reporting to ensure alignment and transparency and work closely with product managers and product marketing to align release schedules with customer needs.
  • Engage as a part of domain strategy teams to define business and program objectives and deliver measurable outcomes visualized through roadmaps and leverage data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the charge on building community, fostering inter-team collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in project and program management supported by agile and lean ways of working in a SaaS development environment.
  • Experience driving complex projects from ideation to delivery and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence change with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders and a proven success working with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders from across an organization, like Sales, Operations, and Support, to drive successful outcomes for our customer experience.
