Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in embedded systems and agile project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple scrum teams working on various vehicle ecosystem products and backend systems. This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to identify risks and mitigate impediments to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple scrum teams working on various vehicle ecosystem products and backend systems
  • Track overall milestone deliverables, releases, and change management processes
  • Identify gaps in the system and establish steps to mitigate them
  • Report any impediments/red flags and take initiatives to work with cross-functional teams (CFT) for planning/mitigating/solving impediments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in OEM or Tier-1 organizations
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering with a recent background in program/project management
  • SAFe Scrum Master Certification, Professional Scrum Master I/II, MBA, and PMP (desired but not mandatory)
