Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Program Manager to join our Exicom team. As a key member of our R&D – EVSE management team, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of project requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in managing embedded projects. They will possess excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, risk management, and team handling. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of embedded systems, hardware, software interfaces, and software development methodologies.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop project plans, and track progress. They will also be responsible for ensuring quality deliverables, fostering a learning environment, and documenting lessons learned.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify critical activities, manage risks, and communicate effectively with team members
  • Work closely with CFT and development teams to ensure project success
  • Prepare updates and track master project plans according to product development processes
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project team members
  • Take ownership of projects, demonstrate commitment to execute plans
  • Conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in program management for embedded projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware, software interfaces, and software development methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA preferred) and techniques
  • PMP certified or experience working with Agile process
