Technical Support Role

This is a key position providing expert assistance to cash management and liquidity activities across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical support and configuration for banking and securities operations under a dual-hat arrangement.
  • Participate in an overnight support rotation, with weekend work as needed.
  • Capture and document technical requirements or processes to ensure accurate configuration.
  • Support and test complex systems/servers.
  • Collaborate with third-party software providers and adhere to defined application standards.
  • Apply industry experience and ensure solutions incorporate best practice principles.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless changes are rolled out.
  • Provide post-live support and assist with remediation as required.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Smartstream Cash Management (CMS) version 4, Control Process Designer, Smart Schema, and Smartstream Recs.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to converse with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Change Requests, attending and representing on CAB meetings, and weekend code rollouts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Control M' applications, including job creation, administration, alerting, file move, file watchers, and JSON data handling.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle 19 SQL scripting and database concepts.
  • Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and system support.
  • Able to package and manage configuration/code changes into releases.
  • Expertise in JBoss 8 server configuration, support, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with JMS Queue processing principles and GitHub software management.
