Job Title: Cash Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Cash Management Expert. This role is responsible for managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

  • Fundraising & Relationship Management:
  • Credit Rating Surveillance & Compliance Reporting:
  • Debt Servicing & Liability Management:
  • Cash Flow Planning & Audit Coordination:
  • Building Relationships with Public Sector Undertakings and Private Banks:
  • Preparing Loan Applications, CMA Data, and Documentation for Disbursements:
  • Coordinating with Legal & Compliance for Transaction Vetting:
  • Driving Fundraising and Debt Raising Processes:
  • Handling Credit Rating Surveillance with Multiple Agencies:
  • Arranging Management Calls, Negotiating Rating Fee Structures:
  • Overseeing Stock Audits and Charge Creation/Modification with MCA:
  • Managing Post-Disbursement Compliances and Due Diligence Reports:
  • Ensuring Timely Submission of RBI, NHB & Other Regulatory Returns:
  • Managing Liability Dashboard, Debt Servicing, and Investments in Liquid Funds/FDs:
  • Supporting CFO in Cash Flow Management and Cost of Borrowing Analysis:
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance Preferred):
  • 7-12 Years' Experience in Fund Raising for NBFCs/HFCs:
  • Strong Skills in Negotiation, Relationship Management & Problem-Solving:
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB Regulations, IND AS & IGAAP:
  • Knowledge of NHB Refinancing an Advantage:
