Job Title:

Cash Flow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Owning AR/O2C Process: Own the end-to-end process for accounts receivable and orders to cash (O2C).
  • Build Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Analysis - Revenue and AR:

  • Implement Credit and Collections Policies: Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Revenue Leakage: Identify any potential revenue leakage, margin monitoring, etc., and implement processes to bridge gaps.

Reporting KPIs:

  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Publish Dashboards: Publish various dashboards for management, including ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts receivable and credit management.
  • Accounting Standards: Suggest accounting for new business transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.
  • Liaisoning with Auditors: Liaising with Big 4 Auditors on timely closure of audits for Revenue, AR & Collections.
  • MIS Preparation: Preparing the monthly MIS after closing books of account on a timely basis.
  • Quarterly Financials: Preparing quarterly and yearly financials as per Ind-AS. Will also be involved in quarterly Limited Reviews. Manage IPO process.
  • Automation: Driving automation for revenue and receipts transactions with coordination with Business Team and Tech Team based on Finance requirements.
  • Balance Sheet Schedules: Responsible for monthly balance sheet schedules including GL to Sub-GL reconciliation with ageing etc.

Requirements:

  • CA with Experience: CA with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup.
  • Big 4 Experience: Candidates with Big 4 experience will be preferred.
  • IFRS/Ind-AS: Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is a must.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality.
