Accounting Operations Specialist

As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations across multiple client accounts, including AP, AR, journal entries, and payroll journals.
You will oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to prepare and review financial statements, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations across multiple client accounts, including AP, AR, journal entries, and payroll journals.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional with the following qualifications and experience:
- A highly preferred professional accounting certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in outsourced accounting roles.
Essential Technical Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following technical skills:
- Solid understanding and practical application of US GAAP accounting standards and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Yardi, Net-suite, Intacct, Expensify & Concur is preferable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adhere strictly to deadlines.
