Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
