Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer support agents, onboard specialists, and success members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain deep understanding of products to assist customers with queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Lead CS Ops and processes to identify opportunities for higher productivity and better customer experiences.
  • Document customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify recurring customer queries and proactively work towards creating solutions and FAQs.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product features and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Patience and empathy to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.
