Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role will involve providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Online Support
- Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Relevant experience in the mobility or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
