Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our health strategy, focusing on strengthening primary care systems and institutions. Reporting to the Head of Health, this critical role will involve key responsibilities such as strategic planning & design, coaching & mentoring, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, grant reviews, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will have an MD/ MBBS with an MBA/ MPH/ MHA, and a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in Primary Care settings within Public Health Organizations/Academic Medical Institutions. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing and collaboration abilities, are required.

Key qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, effective leadership, strategic vision, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent time management, delegation, and team building skills, enabling them to achieve desired outcomes in a dynamic environment.
