Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead

As a seasoned healthcare professional, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve innovative AI-led solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish thought leadership through publications, presentations, and industry forums.
  • Engage with customers to assess needs, position solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Collaborate with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Business analysis, solutioning, and driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • Strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management.
