We are seeking an experienced business growth strategist to shape the future of our Resource Management division.

As a key player, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, deepening existing relationships, and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. With a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and client success, this role is central to positioning us as the partner of choice for industry leaders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that our diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
  • Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to our overall revenue strategy.
