Product Visionary

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product leadership to articulate the product vision and strategy for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and ensure product features are compliant.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role with at least 3-4 years directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
