Job Opportunity: Market Access Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Market Access professional to spearhead market access initiatives, ensuring optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market access strategies to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market trends, pricing dynamics, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value and develop effective marketing materials.
  • Negotiate with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to secure favorable reimbursement terms and conditions.
  • Promote products through various channels, including education programs, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
