Healthcare Product Designer Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of innovative healthcare solutions. As a member of our product development team, you will be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that impact how healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating their design process and impact. They will also have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring user needs and pain points drive every design decision.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs communicating your design vision and allowing user testing and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to evolving our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience designing for complex products.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
