Role: Senior Manager/Manager – CDP Business Lead
Description: We seek an experienced professional to lead our Customer Data Platform (CDP) business. The successful candidate will drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across CDP initiatives, shaping client engagements and identifying growth opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Own the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development.
- • Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
- • Develop and nurture CXO-level relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
- • Translate business objectives into CDP use cases and measurable outcomes.
- • Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients.
- • Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts.
- • Serve as the point of escalation for client requests.
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
- • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning.
- • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- • Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies.
- • Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development.
Nice-to-Haves:
- • Certification of Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, AI Associate
- • Experience with Digital Marketing technologies such as Omni-channel Campaign Management, Digital Advertising, etc.
