
Lead Performance Marketing Specialist

This role is designed for individuals with a strong understanding of paid advertising and a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns. As an Ad Strategist + Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
- Develop and implement comprehensive funnel strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Execute audience segmentation using interest-based targeting, custom audiences, and lookalikes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and customer acquisition cost (CAC) and optimize daily
- Collaborate with the design and copy team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
- Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, and scaling efforts
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution across all campaigns
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling principles
- Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Strong copywriting and creative sense
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven mindset
