Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer to lead our paid campaigns across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive measurable ROI and scale client campaigns with precision.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing plans across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Analyze and report campaign metrics, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness, staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies, as well as conversion tracking and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus, but not required.
Work Details
