Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled KPI Specialist to analyze data from various sources and prepare insightful reports on customer lifecycle activities and campaign performances.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective campaigns that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as customer behavior, preferences, and engagement.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive reports to measure campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and KPI development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and software applications.
