We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support.
- Develop customized success plans with customers, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Monitor and report on customers' progress against these key performance indicators, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with account management teams to secure contract renewals and drive long-term revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity field with strong analytical and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
