About the Role

We are seeking a Results-Driven Growth Associate to lead demand generation and pre-sales efforts across various buyer and seller segments. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in high-ownership, fast-paced environments and thrive on experimenting for measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Top-of-Funnel (Marketing)
  • Develop and manage content & outreach strategies for founders and brands
  • Drive SEO-focused content creation using AI tools and freelancers
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, and referral programs
  • Bolster traffic generation through campaign development and tool optimization
Mid-Funnel (Lead Capture & Nurture)
  • Enhance website CTAs, forms, and AI landing pages for improved conversions
  • Optimize lead quality with automation and enrichment
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and nurture sequences via WhatsApp/email
Bottom-of-Funnel (Outbound + Pre-Sales)
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Qualify and pass high-intent leads to sales with context
  • Support seller onboarding and sales enablement with relevant materials

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or GTM roles
  • Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with Canva/Figma, spreadsheets, automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI
  • Proactive problem solver, eager to learn industrial buyer/seller workflows
