Responsibilities include developing original and compelling scripts for social media videos, crafting engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats, adapting scripts based on performance data and audience feedback, contributing to the creation of other social media content, developing and executing social media content strategies, creating detailed execution blueprints, analyzing competitor activities and social media trends, coordinating with multiple teams, serving as the primary point of contact, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, analyzing social media performance data, possessing a foundational understanding of the Home Construction industry, and remaining adaptable to dynamic trends and unexpected changes in the social media landscape.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Developing original and compelling scripts for social media videos.
  • Crafting engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats.
